Griffin + Rachel | Baltimore Museum of Industry Wedding | Maryland Wedding Photographer

I'd like to introduce to you Mr. AND Mrs. Shirley!!! Griffin and Rachel were married back on October 1st - the day that Hurricane Ian struck Maryland and the surrounding areas. But let me tell you- Hurricane Ian had nothing on these two but a fine mist that draped over the newlyweds like a light blanket at their wedding which was held at the charming Baltimore Museum of Industry in historic Federal Hill. A mist so fine that covered them like the love that they were going to be showered in ALL day! Seriously, the day took turn after turn, resulting in the wedding being held indoors after much debate on whether or not the weather was going to cooperate. Rachel and Griff's wedding was completely done with love from the DIY florals that Griff's mom arranged for her and her bridesmaids, to the alter that was built with blood and sweat (and maybe a few tears) from Griff's Dad that the bride and groom would say "I Do" under.

This was a wedding that was filled with joy and happiness from start to finish. From the tears that Griff shed when he saw Rachel for the first time, to the sweet caress of his hand on his brides face while vows were being recited, to the Oriole Bird surprising everyone with a special appearance (Check out their engagement session HERE for the full story on how Griff and Rach met), to the KILLER dance party with Maryland's own DJ Woody who had all the guests on the dance floor long after my team and I left that evening. The Maid of Honor said it best when she said that “Rachel + Griff were the most caring people anyone has ever met - always looking to make sure others are well cared for and loved. So it would only be natural that all the love would be showered upon them, putting them in the spotlight on their wedding day." Congratulations to Griff + Rachel! I hope you are enjoying this incredible ride called marriage!
