It's always intimidating when you are asked by another local wedding photographer to photograph her and her 3 month old daughter. But when she is one of your biggest supporters and close friends, it's less daunting. Joy has seen me through the highs and lows of the past few years and I was able to celebrate her as she became a new mom to her sweet girl, Clara. Joy asked me the week before the session if her best friend and assistant could join us. Of course! Rebekah brought her little munchkin, Evy, who is not the least bit phased by having her photo taken. Although, despite all the things, she was a ham with an attitude. Clara, she owns the camera - you definitely know she is a photographers child. We met back in late April at Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis for some fun and sun. It was a beautiful day - high 80s with not a cloud in the sky. My dream kinda day with my favorite people! With Mother's Day being around the corner, I wanted to celebrate these women for all that they have accomplished - as female entrepreneurs, but mostly because they hold the title as Momma.
